The Last Sunday in March

Our morning started off with a fast-moving thunderstorm, sending the guys out to be storm-spotters, scattering half-inch hail about, and pelting the ground with rain!

But by church time, this was what it looked like outside... absolutely glorious!

The warm dark green of the irises in the background was a perfect foil for the pink of the redbud.

Visiting before church! All my handsome brothers and Mr. Young

Lovely Deborah

It's always fun for me to see what pictures other people take -- so when Hannah Caylor borrows my camera after church, I quite enjoy it! :) She took this photo, and the next four.

Food is being "delivered" for the fellowship meal

Ruth treads the pathway

Hannah also took this photo -- the subtle grays are such a beautiful, neat contrast to the green-y backdrop of the redbud photos I took that morning.

Fellowship meal!

On our drive home, the clouds were so beautiful!

To make our Sunday even more fun, Dillon and Hannah Caylor came over for dinner! :)
We would have loved it if their mother could have come, too, but she had gone home early.

We went out to see the chicks and ducklings

Here they are! I think I like the Blue Swedish markings best.

The lighting was really nice :)

Then we took a walk -- such fun!

Making a connection. :)

It was truly a glorious and fun Sunday!
