Spring leafs out...

This is a picture of spring leafing out a month ago...

Studying a fishing catalog... : )

Yes, Stephen's hair is always like that! And isn't Daniel's foot adorable?

David loves to be comfy! He leans back and relaxes and smiles his head off on the couch!

"Nice hat; can I have it?"

A little bit of Stephen...

The other day Stephen wanted to look through my bracelets, and asked; "Should we ignore those jewels in that box? I don't mean ignoring like not looking at."
Stephen begins taking them out. Meanwhile Deborah comes upstairs. Enter Deborah.
"Deborah! I'm ignoring these diamonds."
(He must mean "admiring" or something!)

Stephen tries on Deborah's old glasses...

Stephen -- "I need a magnifying glass!"
Mom -- "What did you find?"
Stephen -- "Half crab, half ant!"

"I've fallen in love with this girl."
--so said Stephen while hugging Mom!

Enjoying Ruth...

I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. Psalm 139:14

A Photo Album Project...

This is a guest post by Elisha. I've been working on a large photo album project, and just had to share some photos from years gone by that make me smile. :)
Me and baby Andrew

Darling Micah!

Beth, Mom, and Nathaniel (isn't Mom beautiful?)

Oooh, Benjamin! What's the darling up to now? ;)

Andrew. Do I need to say more?

Me.

Deborah :)

Nathaniel. What a wonderful little boy he was - and what a wonderful (and handsome) young man he's become!

Dad, Nathaniel, and I. What a blessing we have been given to have such a loving, kind, and godly father! I thank God for him every day.
Here is what Dad looked like when he was little...

And our precious Mother as a toddler. :)

Beth and I. We've been best friends all along. :)

Mom and special Stephen!

And I'll close with this adorable pic of Beth! Wasn't she a cutie?!?

I hope you've enjoyed seeing these pictures from the past - the gleanings of my project! :)

May God be with you, dear reader, and bless you with a lovely Spring!

Pansies...

Winter begins to lose his grip over the wild and native plants...

...though Mom's pansies were never under his harsh rule--they like the cold!

a beautiful face

A new bookshelf!

And this stunning viola for the last!
