Stephen and Mom go to look at the map. Stephen was very careful everywhere we went, to read all the rules--such as "No Dogs". On seeing there wasn't a prohibition of cats, he thought we should have brought ours!

When Stephen saw this feather stuck in the top of a fallen redwood, he said, "Must be an Indian was lost in this forest." (and as an afterthought) --"Or a feathered bird."
