Saturday Fun :)

Saturday morning everyone else was out doing various outings & tasks, so Ben, Mom, Debs, & I took our chance to go window shopping in the charming McKinney Town Square!

 Pretty
 Horrid ;)
The old buildings that the shops now inhabit have such neat features, like this huge skylight...

The old courthouse was all decorated...

Really cute swag! Beth, this is the restaurant we think you'd love!

So true -- surroundings don't make love or happiness! Think of the palatial homes where there is ill will or estrangement, and the teeny huts where there is true Christian love and joy...

 Oh, dear! ;)
Really liked this necklace charm! :)

 So many neat buildings!

Deborah and I loved all the cute Texas stuff!

Okay, this was like my absolute favorite! ;) ;) So humorous and cute (and maybe a teensy bit true? ;))
 Grotesque

 Vintage clothes...

 Wow! These were for sale!
 Neat art!

 Funny! ;)
We ate lunch at a place with GREAT burgers!

Beth, this SO reminded me of you!
Somehow, I just LOVE metal letters with lights like this...
 A very pretty wreath

This boy was playing Christmas carols on his violin -- festive!
 Adorable ornaments!
Great slogan on the red heart paperweight!

 Deborah :)

This door to an old safe was like the neatest thing ever -- and heavy!
 An old telephone booth!

A PA speaker from a WWII battleship! Really neat -- but with a hefty price tag attached, of course. :)
It was such a fun outing -- thanks so much, Mom! :)
