Our creative project girl!
Some of us went to help at the ICR Volunteer Day, like we'vc done before -- it's always fun!
We got a sneak preview of some real fossils that will go into their coming museum! :)
A neat talk by one of their staff scientists, after our work...
 Some of our group :)
This cottonwood can't seem to decide whether it should be yellow or green! ;)
We had the McK's over for dinner on Friday -- it was very nice to catch up on what's been going on in their lives!
Really a good little video! :)
On Saturday, a few of us went over to an estate auction of some dear neighbors of ours who passed away. They had collected and sold lots of old stuff in their long lifetimes, so there was a lot of stuff there!
Unique. Not my style at all. ;)

A few old books were there...

Such a strange little collection. I've never been a carved elephant fan ;)
 Gathering 'round the auctioneer...
A very ugy (but happy-looking) dog
 An old bike, anyone?
 More misc...
 Kathryn at the auction
"Who'll bid $10 on these old phones?"
 Art
 Some guns were auctioned
 Splendor
All set out and ready for a concert that evening! :) Clutch, heels, wrap, pearls...
 Arriving...
 The auditorium
Clare & David C., our friends; Clare is Ben & my violin teacher!
Her sister, Elisabeth Adkins, was the soloist that evening, and did a superb job!
Elisabeth surprised and delighted the orchestra members by joining them impromptu to play the final piece!
Old books just have something so gorgeous about them...
Continuing our Sunday evening "Behold Your God" study!

 My writing paraphernalia ;)
The fun of writing an article on a chilly morning with a sweater and a cup of hot tea...
How we love this Stephen boy! :)
