Daily Life - And A Rodeo

A sneak-peek of my latest sewing project... :)
Now, if anyone got a pic of me at the rodeo we went to last night, you can see what it looks like on me... ;)

 Reading -- such  fun!

A small peach on our tree ;)

In the heat we've been having (most days have been 99*), somehow the wild sunflowers still thrive :)

 What is Micah doing?

 Let's get closer --

-- wow! That's our house he's seeing through the videocamera attached to his quadcopter! :)

These two were playing and singing old "Children's Institute" songs... such fun for them and us!

Now for the rodeo we attended last night -- in the nearby town of Wolfe City!
The mutton-busting was so cute -- too bad we missed most of it (we arrived early at the rodeo, but they started the "mb" even earlier)! :(

 Hang on, kid! ;)

We were joined by Nathaniel and Katelyn!

During the entry parade, someone brought their puppy ;)

I often don't care for paints, but I really liked this horse! :)

With the cloud cover, the lighting was bad -- so I didn't get very good photos :(

 Quite a leap!

One of the pick-up riders is also a trick roper (E's, remember him from the Whitesboro rodeo? It's the same guy!)

The very first W to ever participate in a rodeo -- Stephen, who joined the calf scramble and was in the front ranks of those chasing the calf! :)

We've never sat on the front row before -- it definitely makes one closer to the action! :)

The end of a great evening! Thanks, Daddy! :)
