Sunset extraordinaire
It has rain, rain, rained far more than usual for Spring here! Hopefully it will help get us out of the previous three year's drought!
When you ride bikes on wet gravel roads... ;)
Some of you might remember the blouse pattern I was drafting a few weeks ago -- here's the completed blouse (sorry -- not the most flattering picture!)!
I woke and looked out at the pond one morning -- and saw these gorgeous wild visitors on our pond! :)
There were three -- the two males kept fighting over the female.
They flew off after a little while. We think they might've been Hooded Mergansers -- such a treat!
Cat and heater ;)
The house is ready... we're having visitors!

Dad, showing them the least-muddy parking spot :)
It was such a treat to get to know the C's better, and to hear how God has guided their lives!
Later on, we kids played games...
Ben, Stephen, Luke, and Micah
Luke, Micah, Matthew, and Megan
Thanks for coming over, C's! :)
We were delayed on our way to church the next morning --
--this guy's car was rather smashed! :(
A bright vehicle we saw on our way home
(somehow, I usually forget to pull my camera out at church -- sorry! :( )
We got home to find that Wendy had had twins!
They're such a unique (to us) pale golden color!

I'll close for now with a shot I snapped this morning when I woke up...
